How long is each term? Can we make up a missed session?

Terms are 4-week long (These terms, though, may be extended if we cannot meet due to inclement weather or holidays). The time slot you plan your children to attend regularly needs to be specified on application.

Make up sessions when the whole group misses Self-Assembled Conversational Spanish tutoring sessions can be granted ONLY if requested 24 hours before day session was originally scheduled. Make up sessions need to be scheduled on the same 4-week term on which the corresponding session was missed. Sessions not made up within the pre-paid term will be inevitably lost. Make up session when a sub-set of the group misses Self-Assembled Conversational Spanish tutoring sessions will NOT be granted at any time.

Will I have a fixed schedule?

The time slot you plan to attend regularly within a term needs to be specified on application. Each new pre-paid term, however, you decide how you allocate incoming pre-paid sessions subject to your needs and your tutor's availability. Fee for each new pre-paid term will vary according to the total number of hours you plan your kids to attend. See table: Rates.

If your circumstances change, consider requesting a free change of schedule.

When and how do I submit my payment?

Terms need to be paid in advance through your preferred payment method by visiting our payment center. Payment needs to be sent after submitted application has been approved.

Initial term payment need to be received at least 5 days before desired start date. To hold into time slot, consecutive terms are required to be paid 5 days before your current term expires. Reservations cannot be made unless payment is received on time.

Do I need to purchase books?

Some books may be required depending on your specific level.

Our rates do not cover these books' cost. These books, though, are very affordable and can be bought through Amazon.com .

We live in the suburbs. Can we have the sessions at one of our homes?

If you want to have sessions at your home or office, please observe that the prices listed only apply to metro accessible homes or offices. If your place is farther than 2 blocks away from a metro station, you will be required to pick up the tutor to still benefit from this prices. Time count starts at the time you establish face-to-face contact with the tutor or at the time the session was scheduled to start, whichever happens earlier. If your home or office is far away from the metro system, a special quote needs to be requested.
